Private Coaching is an 8-12week somatic coaching container built around the
9 Pillars of BODY_KNOWS_:
safety, breath, movement, fascia release, nervous system awareness, parts reflection, shadow integration, embodied action, and daily integration.
This work brings together movement, breath, nervous system regulation, fascia release, IFS-inspired parts reflection, shadow work, and daily embodiment practices to help you understand how your body responds to stress, pressure, emotion, visibility, and change.
Together, we explore where your body holds, braces, collapses, overworks, or disconnects, and we build practical tools to release unnecessary effort, restore breath, reconnect to your body, and move forward with more clarity and resilience.
The 9 Pillars give our work a clear structure:
Safety Before Change
We begin by creating enough safety for the body to participate.
Breath Regulation
We explore how your breath shifts under stress and how to use it as a tool for returning.
Movement Awareness
We notice posture, tension, mobility, collapse, and protective movement patterns.
Fascia + Tension Release
We work with touch, pressure, rolling, and slow movement to soften unnecessary holding.
Nervous System Patterns
We identify your stress responses: fight, flight, freeze, fawn, collapse, or over-effort.
Parts Reflection
Using gentle IFS-inspired inquiry, we listen to the protective parts of you that may resist change, hide, control, or hold pain.
Shadow Integration
When appropriate, we explore the disowned parts of you: voice, power, grief, anger, softness, desire, visibility, and confidence.
Embodied Action
We translate insight into one small, real-life action so the work becomes lived.
Daily Integration
Each session closes with a practical reset you can use between sessions.
Available weekly or bi-weekly.
